- In how many days will my order arrive? Your order will reach you in 4 working days.
- How can I pay? You can pay by credit or debit card, with PayPal, Apple Pay, Shop Pay. You can split the payment using Afterpay or you can choose to pay cash on delivery.

- Which courier do you ship with? We ship with SDA.
- Are there any discounts if I sign up for the newsletter? Certain!! As soon as you register on our site, you will receive a welcome email with a 10% discount that you can use at check-out.
- How do I add a discount to my order? At check-out, before making payment, enter a valid discount code, press the APPLY button and the discount will be counted immediately.
- How much is shipping? Shipping costs €10.00. It is free for orders over €70.00.
- Can changes be made? If you want to change the size or the item you can contact us on WhatsApp at 3931047105 . Exchanges are always free.
- Can I make a return? If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item. You have 15 days to decide. Contact us via WhatsApp on 3931047105. We will send you the courier who will collect the package. You will be charged for the shipping cost: €10.00 which will be deducted from the refund that we will credit you as soon as the return arrives in store. Rate valid only for collections in Italy, for returns from abroad the rate will be agreed upon when booking the collection.
